Reaching out for support is a courageous first step when life feels overwhelming. I want you to feel heard, supported, and understood throughout this vulnerable process. As a clinician, I aim to cultivate open communication, curiosity, and even moments of levity in therapy. My hope is that together we can build tools and confidence to help you navigate life’s most difficult challenges.
I have experience working with individuals living with anxiety disorders, depression, and OCD. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through the intense distress and self-doubt these conditions can bring. In my work, I strive to balance deep validation with meaningful, practical change. I am also trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT). My research has focused on suicidality, with particular interest in individuals living with borderline personality disorder.
I am a White, gay, cisgender woman who uses an integrative therapeutic approach rooted in evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I recognize the complexity of each individual and honor it through a culturally responsive lens.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy going to concerts, spending time outdoors with my dog, and collecting vinyl records.
